FAK is a medical company that builds and redesigns first aid kits for companies, when IFAK redesigns a first aid kit they will be following the Occupational Health and Safety act of 1983 and the regulation 7 requirements for what should be expected inside a regulation 7 first aid kit (like the 1faks trauma kit for heavy industrial use). IFAK will see what is needed in a company depending on what industry the company works in.
IFAK follows these guide lines for any basic kit for a business that is required by the health and safety act:
A regulation 7 first aid kit must contain items for treating various injuries, including wound cleaners, antiseptic cream, bandages, gauze, splints, gloves, CPR mouthpieces, and a body fluid spill kit, as mandated by the National Occupational Health Act.
When IFAK gives the company their appropriate first aid kits, IFAK will be issuing the kit under the terms that the company that receives the kit, will have an appointed first aid provider that receives the appropriate training and has the appropriate qualifications that meets the Health and Safety standards, if the company doesn’t receive the appropriate training or qualifications IFAK won’t be held responsible for any negligence or any miss conduct
When ordering online, IFAK will automatically assume that the customer knows how to use the products purchased successfully and knows how to provide the appropriate measures to save a life, IFAK won’t be held responsible for any negligence or any miss conduct. IFAK sells genuine medical products made from the manufacturer of the brands we sell like North American Rescue, Criticare and Rhino Rescue, Tacmed and Meddev.
IFAK is a medical supplier, IFAK doesn’t manufacture any of the brands or products we sell. IFAK doesn’t own or have no shares in the brands we sell (Criticare, North American Rescue or Rhino Rescue,Tacmed, Meddev)
Payments
If IFAK doesn’t have a product that the customer purchased, IFAK will contact the customer through the information they provide on the checkout page after all the information has been collected for the refund, IFAK will transfer the exact value of
the product on the receipt through to the customers bank account.
Any payments that have been made and your order hasn’t been regitered please feel free to send us your proof of payment at accounts@ifak.co.za, if we can’t find your order with your order refrecence number that you have put as the description of the proof of payments, then don’t hesatate to contact us then we will make your order with no further payments or any other additional charges.
Direct Payment into our Banking account via immadate EFT .
Any debit or credit card payments will take up to 2 days for us to register your order so please do use instant EFT instead of credit or debit cards.

Registration
When a individual registers or creates an account with IFAK, IFAK will only use the information provided for billing and sending information about sales or discounts
not to sell the customers personal information.
Shipping
Please note that our shipping doesn’t have set delivery fees so those fees will be covered by the customer
We make it quick and easy for you when purchasing
Delivery to all major cities takes between 2 – 4 working days. Delivery times may be impacted by seasonal peaks, weather, and unfortunately sometimes, unrest!
Deliveries to outlying areas and farms will take a little longer than expected and we do appoligies for any inconvience.
Our aim is to have orders packed and ready for collection within 2-3 working days and that is every day even on public holidays.
Orders over R5000 will be eligible for free shipping. This option will be automatically applied on checkout.
